Can't delete subfolders or file to be written on.

Hi Everyone,
Can some one please help me. I am in the process of saving
all my photos on CD-RW disk, and now when I put in a blank CD it comes up
with the folder that needs to be written but I don't want this file and I
can't delete it. I have accidently made 17 subfolders and cannot delete ...

I have lost a way to look at files on my hard drives. I twants to know what
program I want to use to see them. Windows explorer is not listed. What can I

Blank screen after xp sp2 install

I have installed win xp on an old computer eveything goes smooth until i
install sp2. When the system reboots the screen gose blank after the Windows
XP screen. I have to start the install all over again. I have swapped out
video cards w/ the same results

I am encountering 3 separate error messages each time I boot my laptop.
Despite various attempts, I have not been able to dispose of them:

Home Network

This is further to my recent post where I am still not able to get one
computer to appear on my home network.
I have 'Enabled NetBIOS over Tcp/ip' as suggested and that has done
nothing.
I have tried turning off and than on the Firewall. No difference. This
computer still doesn't appear in the network.

Surely someone will declare this off topic, but I don't know where else to
put it.
Every time I try to use my Tripp-Lite USB 2.0 hub it _seems_ like I start
having wierd things happen. Turning off my USB external HD takes several
minutes - if I can get it to do the "Safely remove hardware" thing AT ALL.

Got a friend who gets .pps attachments in email. He finds he can't open
them in OE, but saves 'em to hard drive. Then he can open.
What do we do to get Windows XP to open his .pps files in OE ?
