I want to export data (contacts) from one organisation to import these into
another organisation.
My idea:
1.) Export the contacts to Excel
2.) Save the contatcs in Excel as a CSV file
3.) Import the CSV file in the other organisation using the "Tools/Import"

Hello everybody,
I want to start a mail merge from a workflow.
For example if a quote is lost a workflw should trigger the mail merge for
that quote.
As I see it there is no way without additional programming.
Has anybody done something like that before?
Any idea where to start?

What would be the steps to upgrade these callouts and assemblies to 3.0?
I have made calls to CRM and Metadata webservices from the assemblies. How
much and what changes are required to these assemblies for making them

Printing problem

I choose to print one copy of the report but it prints 3 copies.
Does anybody know how to solve this issue?
