SRS problem

On upgrading from v3 to v4 the installation gave an error regarding SRS. I
cannot remmember what it was now.
However, there are no obvious links to SRS from with CRM v4. It's not as
though the icons are they but throw errors, just nothing.
Any ideas besides a reinstall please?
