Hi,
When I am importing my customization for a custom entity, I get an as "A
record with these values already exists. A duplicate record cannot be
created. Select one or more unique values and try again.".
What could be the problem??

Hi.
I have implemented the crm googlemaps in different places, this is the first
time i see this message: "Sorry we don't have this map in the wanted
resolution"
The sattelite and hybrid maps work fine, except the needle icon is not show
on any of the maps.
Has anyone seen this before, and is there a so ...

CRM Reports

I have custom report that I have posted to my CRM 4.0 server. I am able to
slect the paramters to the report and the report says it is generating, but
nothing comes back except the header/title information. If I run the same
report within Visual Studio or the report server directly, it runs fine.

machines are running Office 2007 and the XP machines Office 2003.
Is the installation of the CRM 4.0 Outlook Client straightforward, or are

Upgrding DB's to SQL 2005

Our client has CRM 3 installed on SBS with SQL 2000. Their network is being
upgraded to Windows 2003 and they want to upgrade to CRM 4. So, obviously
they need SQL 2005 db's. Our plan was to upgrade the instance of SQL to SQL
2005 to get the db's into the correct format - they would rather do that than
