Best practices on staffing CRM projects post implementation

I've just upgraded our CRM 3.0 to 4.0 without a problem everything works
fine. We do not have an Exchange server in our domain, we have hosted
exchange with a service provider.
When I try to install the CRM desktop client I choose "MyCompany'" because
we are running the CRM on a server in our network ...

Email Router CRM 4.0 not tracking inbound emails

I flag an email as "track in CRM" it auto adds the header to the subject
line. When a customer responds, it doesnt automatically add it back into
CRM, i have to use outlook and hit Track in CRM

CRM 4.0 Data Migration Manager - Delete Data

I have conducted a lot of test migrations. When I press the Delete data
option the dialog is taking a long time to display - approx. 30 minutes. Is
this because there are a lot (50) of migrations in the list? If so, if there
a way to clear out Cancelled and Deleted migrations?
