IFD Setup on Hosted Server

We are trying to deploy a CRM Server configured for IFD on a hosted server.
The server works fine with the default settings and we can even access the

Hello,
I have migrated a CRM3 to 4 and used as recommanded the Demo product key
but 90 days delay has expired before I received the CD with the new v4 key.
I am looking for a way to extend the demo period because the CRM Stopped
working.

Hello CRM 4.0 Specialists,
we have the following problem in our company:
we have too less memory in our Exchange - only 25 MB per person.
And CRM tries to put all appointments - even already closed - in
Outlook.
This definitivly kills our free space.

just using the web client? What option do I select for these users on the
