I am using an email form in Capaign Activities when user selects letter as the channel.
On click of Distribute Campaign Activity button we are not sending out any email.

we are running MS CRM 4.0 with Outlook Client, and have had 2 users recently
install Nokia Ovi and since then on both computers the MS CRM outlook add in
has failed to load in outlook.
Web access still works fine.
Anyone else had this? Perhaps both apps are fighting for Outlook
functionalit ...

a serial letter can not create rightfully.
During the transfer of data to the recipient list, the relevant data columns
are mapped incorrectly.
The Files was mapped into one column.
Anyone know that problem and can help me?
