quelqu'un pourrait il me dire s'il existe une version CRM 4.0 pour les
développer ?
Pour ma part j'installe la version d'éval tous les 3 mois ! mais ca devient
carrément pénible !!!! surtout lorsqu'on doit sauvegarder les
personnalisations des clients !
et étant donné que le prix d'acquisition ...

Hi all,
I have a custom button in the CRM Grid in Activities.
The same button will also appear in the activities tab when you open a contact. I don't want that button to appear there(within the grid in contacts->activities).
How can i make it disappear...?

Thanks for the post. But the issue that I am facing is a bit different. In Campaign Activities when the user selects a letter and clicks on the Distribute Campaign Activity button, I am displaying an email form instead of the letter(since an email form has formatting options as compared to a letter ...

I'm having 2 issues, they seem to be related (or not!).
1) When sending mail merge from within CRM for outlook it crashes while
sending it out from Word. The email still sends, but because it's crashed it
doesn't give us the next page which allows us to create activities. ie8 is

Changing Title of Email Window

Hi,
I am new to CRM 4.0 and I have a requirement where the customer wants me to customize the Email Window's Title bar and change the "Create New Email" text that appears on the title bar to a custom message.
Can I do that?
Some pointers will be really helpful.

CRM 3.0 This record is read-only in Microsoft CRM error

CRM 3.0 running on a laptop with CRM laptop client(offline) installed. Every
20 minutes or so, a pop -up stating "This record is read-only in Microsoft
CRM. Changes will not be synchronized to the MS CRM System". I cannot find
anything online other than a KB article that this was fixed in version 3.0.

Where is the CRM add-in Mail Merge button (Word 2007)?
