Error Unpacking Site - Invalid Procedure Call or Argument / File Not Found

Ran into two problems trying to unpack the site as well. Could be linked to
the Product Catalog issue I just posted about but I figured I'd post about
it anyways:

Error Packing Site - Product Catalog

Has anyone seen the following?
Error exporting object data for Product Catalog to file C:\Documents and
Settings\devuser\Local Settings\Temp\Product Catalog_Data.cab 80040E14:
The site is working fine on the local development server, however when I try
and package it the above error is returned.

I run a Commerceserver installation that looks like
following:

W2K3
CS 2002 SP3
SQLserver
W2K3
SQL 2000 Sp3
Then im trying top unpack a site i get the following
error message then unpacking Datawarehouse.
