Got error when publish campaigns

I am using Win Server 2003 Standard Edition, SQL 2000 with sp3a, Commerce
server 2002 and applied sp3 for Commerce Server
I had followed the tutorial to create the discount and ad campaign. But when
I go to Business Desk and publish the campaigns, I got the following error.

creating multiple variants of a product

Using Commerce Server 2000 and Business Desk, is it possible to create
mutliple variants of a product, such as a software package that can be
purchaced as one item with 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100 user licenes? I am
thinking the prduct variant id is the key, but I am new to Commerce Server.

How to add more Order Status Codes?

We have a need for more Order Status Codes. When I seek to create new Order
Status Code, the dropdown list limits my options to (1,2,4,8,16,32,64) . We
need to go beyond, to (128,256,512). I've read in commerceserver.general

I can get the BizDesk client installed locally, but when I try to execute - I

Bizdesk Error

We have been trying to install the Bizdesk onto one of our colleagues PC's.
