Max file upload size

How can I change the max attachment file (e.g. pdf) size in MCMS?
I saw some of the posts pointing their solutions to resources in Site
Manager or web.config. Is that the place to control users' file upload size?

HELPPPP..microsoft office home and student

My computer is messed up and so, i have to do the system recovery which will
erase everything i installed. I bought the new microsfot office home and
student and already used it on 3 computers (mine, my brother and my sister)
If i continue with the system recovery, can i still use the microsoft disk? i

I am trying to enhance the singleimageplaceholder by adding code that will
upon save check the size and width of the image file and if not correct warn
the user and stop the postback.

Formatting is not showing up

I am having an issue with one of my html placeholders. I am allowing
full formatting but when you view the live site the formatting is
getting stripped out. This is only happening in one spot. I tried
removing the placeholder and readding it but it still happens. Any
ideas?
