CMS issue with html tags

Site manager-export to package

I have an user that is currently a channel manager. When they run site
manager, they do not have an "export to package" option.
The user was made an administrator on a temporary basis and this option was
then available, but it's not an option to leave them with the elevated
privileges.

MCMS 2001 - Design Palette misbehaving

We're experiencing a crisis for template editors using SiteBuilder. After
saving in the HTML editor, we normally close Design Palette, and approve the
template. Now Site Builder thinks that Design Palette still has the template
open, and won't let us approve it ... but the template does show as ...

the user account used by the Stager is valid, not locked out and not changed.

List All Channels and Groups that have Rights

This should be simple but is driving me mad, and I'm sure somebody must have
done this before...
I need to list every channel and sub-channel along with the groups/roles
that have access to the channel.
Can anybody point me in the right direction of some code or the API calls
that will do this.

In the mCMS 2002 Site Manager I get the following message: "Failed to lock
the item. Would you like to open it in read-only mode?" whenever I try to
open for example a custom property on a channel or when I try to add a new
