I have implemented Stefan's RSS component

getting the error:

Sql Server Collation case insensitive for MSCMS database

In the Sql Server requirements for install MSCMS 2002, it state that
the SQL Server collation needs to be "Dictionary order, case-sensitive,
for use with 1252 character set".
But, at what level? At the database level or at the SQL Server instance
level?

Install aborted on win2003

The wizard says prior version of MCMS must be un-installed, but no prior
version is installed. Sharepoint services 2003 is installed, though. Is that
the issue?
