Print errors for Shockwave Flash Object print jobs

We run HIS 2000 SP2 on Win2K3 SP1 server. All users print via standard
tcp/ip or lpr. I've noticed that certain print jobs get errors in their
respective print queues. When I go to the print spool folder, the print jobs
are of the type "Shockwave Flash Object". I have to manually delete the
jobs.

HIS 2004 SNA Manager View Only

I have a four server HIS2004 domain set up. Recently, our IT Security
department insisted we change the functional user ID account under which all
of the SNA services run. I did the change on Friday, and after all the HIS

Unable to import REDEFINES

I'm using VS2003 with HIS2004. I have a COBOL copybook with a REDEFINES
clause but I can't import it. During the import process, I can only select
the high level where the redefines clause is located. It won't let me
select the field(s) below it. Then when I import, I get an error stating

Where can I find the HIS 2004 specific performance counters in Windows
2003's Performance Monitor? I can't see them - do they need to be activated
in some way or is it an addin part of HIS ?

HIS 2000 installation on Windows Server 2003 SP1

Our HIS 2000 setup is described in an earlier post ("HIS 2000 migration",
3/27/2006). In reviewing the HIS 2000 documentation, it's not clear whether
or not MSDE 2000 is required in our environment. We do not use host
security. There are no HIS clients. All printing is either standard tcp/ip
