z/OS 1.9 upgrade

We are currently running HIS 2000, sp2 to run LU 6.2/COMTI traffic
between Windows applications and CICS 3.1 running on z/OS 1.7. We are
upgrading our z/OS to 1.9 next year.
Silly question, but will HIS 2000, sp2 need any changes for this to happen?

HIS 2006 Second SNA Service Port

I'm just starting to look at HIS 2006 and have noticed that when I create a
second SNA Service it does not appear to be listening on port 4175.
Previous versions of HIS have had the second SNA service listening on this

Setting LU timeouts and Session Integrator

I am am trying to resolve an issue with some of my code. When the code fails
I now properly disable the connection. In the event of a similar event, I
would like the lu to be freed up. My transactions are relatively fast. Is
there a way to free up an LU after a designated period of activity?
