Seach using phrases, return incorrect items

Hello,
In Sharepoint Portal Server 2003, when I search using
phrases, for example: "Fast Booking" the results include
files that don't have these phrases.
How can I to configure search service in order to return
only items that includes a phrase?.
I try to search using "+Fast +Booking","Fast AND
Booking", ' ...

I cannot get alerts working from a child portal site. I receive the email
notification to indicate the alert has been setup but nothing afterwards.

Hi
I am using a Discussion board that has a lot of entries.
When I search for some text that is contained in one of the discussions, Sharepoint only returns a link to Discussion board.
I would like Sharepoint to return a link to theitem within the discussion board.
Is there a way to do this ?

Search Scope problem

If I have a content source based on Non_Portal_Content with a new Source
Group and I made a new Search Scope based on this Content Source but I never
Crawl any Sites on it is it normal to retreive results from all sites when I
search for a document based on this Search Scope ?
