I've had an error in WSUS that can apparently be fixed by (among other steps)
uninstalling and re-installing IIS. However, SharePoint also depends on IIS
and is running on the same server. My question is, if I uninstall and
re-install IIS, will this screw up my SharePoint sites so that I'll have to

Sorry for the premature posting (see previous post)
I actually fixed that problem by creating a new application pool with the
proper logon credentials and have changed the database settings, pointing
them to the sql server. Now, when I try to access SP Central Administration,

I've setup SharePoint Portal Server 2003 (with the database server) but I need to change the default server for content databases to our SQL server. I am getting the following error:
