Server Error in '/_layouts' Application.

Hello guys, I`m failry new to the Sharepoint app. and have began to install
it on a dedicated server off site, I followed through with the setup and when
getting to the "Virtual Server Extended Successfuly " page, I proceed to
click the link to take me to the templates page and I get an access error:

Workspace problem

We're trying to change an attendees list into a series item so that it
will be displayed for all dates in a series of one meeting. Right now,
we can only see the list for one of the dates, and not the series of
dates. Has anyone run across this problem and discovered a solution? ...

Where do I find msdmback?

I have done a default install of Sharepoint 2003 and the 'msdmback' file
does not exist in the bin directory.
I need to get backups working so please could someone tell me what else I
need to install/download/purchase to get this file?

Hi,
Our portal home page only displays a maximum of 5 quick links even though
there are 8 in the quick links folder.
The quick links settings does not have a fixed height or width set.
Does anybody know how to resolve this?

Use AD profile property in web part viewer?

We are using the web part viewer in SPS2003 to display the users 'my
documents'
We can read the HomeDirectory AD property from our AD forect during the
import process and store it in each users profile.
Question:
Home to we use (ie what is the syntax) the HomeDirectory profile property

Reduce number of servers in server farm

We have a server config as follows:
Server 1 - Web Server
Server 2 - Search, Index and Job Server
Server 3 - SQL Server
We would like to consolidate and use just two servers instead. What would be
the best way of doing this?
