Active Directory and SharePoint

I'm having a strange problem. The intranet where running ok , but someone
move users from active directory to a new organizational units and now all
users become as Administrators in the intranet.

Whe nI run it against the NETBIOS name which does NOT have WSS OR SPS

Can not download DWT-files from document libraries

DWT-files are default blocked by the IIS, I guess since the extension is used
by FrontPage Dynamic Web Templates. My DWT-files are however AutoCAD
templates. It seems that SPS also blocks the file extension in some way. The
IIS says "404 File not found" if I put a DWT-file in wwwroot, but if I upload
a DWT ...

Infopath xml files and internet explorer

Eveytime i try to open with IE6.0 a form created with Micosoft infopath that
has been publish to my web server, i get the code behind intead of the from
iyself. The only way for me to see this file is when infopath is installed
on the PC.
