Cannot login to SharePoint Central Administration, HELP!!

I went and installed SharePoint followed all the instructions in the help
file for installing it to the default. Then when it was complete it had me
reboot my server. However the instructions say that a web page will be
loaded that will allow me to finish configuring the server. Here are the

When i try to Install Sharepoint Portal Server, after entering directory for
MSDE instance, set up continues for a while and then errors with Internal
Error 2337. Does anyone have any idea what this means - Technet search
reveals nothing??
