updating calendars in Sharepoint

I would like to be able to take one calendar with events on a subsite and
have all those events show up on a global calendar on the main site.
Is this possible and if so, can someone direct me on how to accomplish this

WCF Service deployment in Sharepoint

WCF service has always a web.config file which has entry of your
binding, address, and endpoint.
When i merge my WCF service web.config in sharepoint web.config file,
it fails to recognise service.model node.
Please let me know, if some one has experienced this issue.
