This worked for me last week, so I'm not sure why it won't this week. I
uploaded the HelpDesk Basic and Custom templates by clicking on the exe and
designating a folder on the server to put the templates. Then I went to the

Pass forms authentication to downstream sharepoint server.

We use a .NET web application on one server that is using basic integrated
authentication and therefore getting the windows prompt for domain
credentials. These credentials are then passed to a sharepoint server so the

I created a contacts list on our test Sharepoint site, and loaded the data
