Same issue here.
This manefests itself as the Upload returning "403 Forbidden" (and only
that) after clicking Upload. If the user is deleted, and then re-added to
the Owners group for the site, it works fine. Then after a server reboot, or
some unknown period of time, the security is "lost" and the 403 Fo ...

Hello Sasha,
I am having the exact same issue and it seems we have the same install. To
add to yours I can open the folder in explore and add the document. Although
with the upload i get the 403 error.
Has anyone found a fix for this???

SharePoint 2007 Calendar View Expand All by Default

I have been trying to find a way to have all calendar items expaned by
default when a user looks at the calendar. So far I have not been
able to find a way with the basic configuration tools. I have
downloaded the SharePoint designer trial and do not see a way to do it
through there either. Any suggestions?

Site Usage Report

I am working on WSS 2003. I have configured the site Usage report 6
months ago and it was working fine and displaying the Usage report.
But from lat 10 days it is not able to processed the log file, while
the log file are created with date wise. If i see the report then it
shows as zero hit for last 1 ...

We have the same issues occurring. At times, users can log in and access all
functionality wihtout error. Other times, users are blcoked from accessing
certain administrative functions with the site. The messages is always:
403 FORBIDDEN
This behavior is strange and very annoying! We are running SharePoint ...
