Error message when clicking on the operations tab in SharePoint

Hi,
I'm currently getting an error message when clicking on the Operations
Tab in Central Administration on SharePoint Server 2007. The error
message displays "Group cannot be found". Does anyone know what could
be causing this error ?

I have created 2 custom field types. Both of them are of type 'Text'. I have
declared a custom user control (by specifying in 'FieldEditorUserControl'
property) to render fields created based on this type. This control basically

on the intranet home page i have a list view of all of the bookings,

Templates not working

I downloaded the 40 Templates package.
It is possible to upload the templates in the Site Templates.
But they don't apper in the "Custom"-tab on the "Create new site" page.
If I save my site as a template it works - so I guess it's because I have a
GERMAN version!
Hoe is it possible to get the English ...
