I'm trying to make a small app that will import documents into
sharepoint and assign metadata based user's input, I managed to get
the
app to transfer the documents, but I wasn't able to get the metadata
part to work.
If anybody cold help me find a way to assign custom properties like
keywords for documents ...

Hello,
We are fairly new to Sharepoint and installed it as a trial, liked it and
kept it. Unfortunately, the systems admin had problems with IIS and
uninstalled a related service. This killed Sharepoint, we don't think it
deleted the underlying data.

Has anyone seen this error? The Sharepoint sites were created using MS
Project. These were working fine initially. Now we can no longer upload
