I currently do it with c# and sql2005 and include it with pageviewer

Where is the Choice Filter Web Part in MOSS?

I have found a 'Choice Filter' web part in my default SharePoint Site but a
sister site does not seem to have that in its default set of web parts.
Does anyone know where this 'Choice Filter' web part is stored so that I can
import it into my sister site please.
I am assuming that it is a standard MOSS web ...

Getting the Dropdown value from a Sharepoint form

I have a dropdown box (dataview) that is loaded in a sharepoint page.
Currently in the code snippet below i have the word 'test' popping up
everytime i select a item in the dropdown.
I need to know how to have the value of the dropdown to pop up in the alert
window.

Default "Add as a new version to existing files" to be unchecked?

When you have versioning turned on for a document library, on the upload
screen, there is a checkbox "Add as a new version to existing files" which is
checked by default.
How can I change this so that it is not checked by default?
