Error While starting Sharepoint site from IIS

When i try to start my Sharepoint website from IIS, i am getting error like
"The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another
process" error message when you try to start a Web site in the Internet
Information Services
I restarted IIS and Server, but error is coming.

Display image from sql into webpart

I'm building a webpart. The thing i want is display a gridview that show's
images that stored in a sql server. In a normally asp.net site you create a
page with that's shows the image, and reffer to the gridview.
But how can i do this in a webpart? I want to render the image into the same

Problem with Document Libraries and Lists in Custom Site Definition

I created a custom site definition based on the Team Site. I made a
copy of the STS folder and tweaked the WEBTEMP and ONET.XML. I am able

Sending email to users in a list - WF

I have created a SharePoint workflow to sending mail.
In the onworkflowactivated code I have written a for each
that read a list to get the user email.
Now I need to implement the method to send an email.
How can I do it?
I think that using the sendemail activity isn't the right way to follow.
