How do I move a list while keeping other lists connected that have

I know that you can save a list and its content as a template and then
recreate that list in another site. However, I need to actually move
the list itself so that other lists that link to it remain connected.

Hey
I have a 2003 sharepoint portal installation. I have one page (coll.
portal standard page) that I can not add webparts to. The page hangs /
freezes when I edit page, add webpart and then tries to browse for
webparts.
Only this bage bugs me, any ideas ?

Sharepoint 2003 had the option to archive files.
I don't find it back in Moss 2007.
It was simple in 2003, just right click and you had the choise archive...
So where is it in 2007?
