AM Portal Error 404- File not found

I am using Microsoft BizTalk 2006 pre-configured VHD, Evaluation
version from Microsoft site. Biztalk configation and all are good. But
I am unable to open BAM Portal website from that. I entered proper
UserName/Password. It says 404-File Not found.
If anybody faced the same problem, Please let me know.

I am avare, that SSO Master secret server suppose to be configured on
Active/Passive MCS group.
Question: Can I share the same SSO between different BizTalk groups?
