Biztalk 2006 running Installation problem

BizTalk 2004 Configuration Error

I get an error when I run configuration wizard. See logfile below. I
have BizTalk 2004, Visual Studio.NET 2003, Windows 2003 with SP1,
SQL-Server 2000 SP4 with analysis services and the hotfixes described
in the installation instructions.
