BT DB Config Flags

I am going through my corporate databases and noticed that certain flags for
our BizTalk 2006 database are set against MS Best Practices. Can any BizTalk
Admins out there tell me if these settings are "BizTalk behavior by design"
or if someone's been messing around with settings?

Error while installing/upgrading BizTalk R2.

I recently faced an issue while upgrading my existing BizTalk Server 2006
installation to R2. I was able to run the upgrade successfully on one of the
2 boxes in my envrionment but upgrade failed when I ran this on the second

I am facing a problem while upgrading my BTS 2006 to R2. The installation
(upgrade) wizard shows only "BizTalkMgmtDb" in the list of databases which
need to be upgraded...it is not including BizTalkDTADb and BizTalkMsgBoxDb

Where is HIS

We have purchased a copy of biztalk 2006 r2 branch edition after MS
told us that this includes Host Integration Server 2006.
Where is HIS, and how do I install it? The only reference to anything
MQseries related (we want HIS for the bridge) is greyed out and won't
say why.
Any ideas?
