If you want to copy it exactly as it is and the source nodes have the exact
same names as the destination you can use the mass copy functoid.
The mass copy functoid copies the namespace of the original XML to the
destination XML though. Try it, and if the namespace is a problem you can use

Negative occurence alerting in BizTalk

I have been looking for an easy way to do negative alerting. We have a need
to know when files are not received by a certain time thus preventing
orchestrations from running by being alerted through email.

Thanks for your response. Currently we cannot run configuration wizard, but
it would be acceptable to install performance counters using installutil.exe.
Please let me know when you have response from the BizTalk group on
BizTalk:Message Agent counters.
