Missing Delimiter in Flat File causes inaccurate validation

Hi,
I have a Flat File Schema that primarily needs to validate a CSV file from a
Third-Party. I need to validate a couple of mandatory fields, but if the
delimiter is missing inaccurate XML is returned, the XML might look something
like this:

with 1 positional record and then 1 or more comma-delimited records. This

Flat positional file with n/a field

I have an orchestration that receives a FLAT positional multi-record
file in which the positional records are delimited by CRLF (Hex: 0x0A
0x0D).
Sample of record
Name - required, position 1-10
UIN - required, position 11-20
Date - n/a, position 21-30
Type - required, position 31-40

Problem is source system always trim trailing spaces, that said, Filler
could be entirely trimmed off, in some cases, if the second last field
FieldN contains trailing empty spaces, it also get trimmed. Question
is, I am setting 'Allow Early Termination ...
