FlatFile Trouble. HELP!!!!!!!!!

Hello All,
I have been trying to parse a Flat File since I dont know when... but quite
long now..
The structure of the Flatfile is as follows...

' ', hexadecimal value 0x1F, is an invalid character.

I Parss a text file using BTS mapper.
It it loolk like the file contein characters that once BTS trys to map
them to XML file it gets an Error (Event Source: XLANG/s)
The error contains that following information

Is there any way to make the flat file parser flexible enough to cope with
either a CRLF or LF at the end of a line?

Replace Characters In Flat File Delimited Schema

I have a flat file delimited schema. The columns will have either their
value or the word null to signify a null value. How do I replace null with
no value? I would rather not change all my columns to type of string if I
don't have to.
Input:
string, integer
"str1",null
Result:
<col1str1</col1>
...

The below body lines will appear 1-many times

99 data ends // Appeare at the end of the file
