We are facing an issue with TrackedMessages_Copy_BizTalkMsgBoxDb: this job
on our production server is throwing an exception as follows..

WMI/Biztalk 2004 Exporting bindings w/o assembly provided

I'm having problems trying to use to the MSBTS_Deploy WMI object to export a
receive port that has no assembly attached to it.
Is there a way to export something without providing an assembly version,
etc.?
I know you can do it from the Deployment Wizard so I am guessing there
should be an API equivelant ...
