I ran into this error when receiving a message.
The other party in this case is using a self sign cert.
The message is also base64-encoded and digitally signed.
The service content seems to be ok because was validated individually.

Configuration of BTARN 3.3 fails..

Hi,
I have installed BTARN 3.3 with BTS 2006,SQL server 2005 and VS2005.
But not able to configure in my machine(WIN 2003 SP1).
Whenever I try to launch configuration wizard error appears saying

I'm using BizTalk 2002 with BTARN 2.0. Is there any way to control the value
of the content-enoding-type in the beginning of the multipart message? Right
now it is set to "binary", but my client wants it to be "UTF-8".

Based on the business description provided in Rosettanet PIP 0A1,
"2. The responding party is unable to acknowledge, accept or process the requesting business document."

Is Biztalk 2004 BTARN able to handle the new version of rosettanet which uses modular schemas(e.g 3B18 version R11.00.00A )?
Have tried to find out on the net but couldn't find any. Is there any resources that discuss about how to develop mappings on these schemas?
