BTARN 3.5 - Attachments / Large file processing issue

Hi,
We are doing testing with one our partner on 3B18 with attachments. We can
able to receive and process attachments upto 20mb file or around 90
attachments. If the partner send us more big file or more than 90
attachments, the server throwing following error in log.

I've just installed BT2006 on a new server w/ BTARN 3.3. I've configured
the Home Org, but I am unable to configure a Partner! After entering all
of the appropriate values (I'm duplicating them exactly from a server that
is working) I get an error message:

Error in partner's 2nd response message with PIP 3A4

I used BTARN 3.5 successfully sent my partner a 3A4 and received a response
with first ACK MessageCategory=25. However, the second ACK, instead of
MessageCategory=50, I received a -99 with the following error text in the
ServiceContent:

BTARN 3.5 Configuration Issues on Vista Ultimate

It looks as if the BTARN 3.5 Configuration routine chokes in two areas when
run on Vista Ultimate.
The first error from the ConfigLog is:
