Currently our end application can receive and load HL7 messages from only one
source. We have a new requirement to receive HL7 messages from multiple
sources. Can BizTalk handle and Ack/Nack multiple feed HL7 messages from

Hi, one of our applicaiton could send PDF or image in OBX.5. I checked
HL7 Doc and it is allowed.
Then does HL7A support it? I could not find anything in HL7A doc and

How do I make BTS2006 (with BTS HL7 Acc v1.3) generate HL7 NACK's?
I have situation where some inbound messages fail in the inbound pipeline
(generally becuase of bad formatting or missing data which is fine) but
