Monitoring outbound email

Hello,
I was asked by my executive director to monitor 1 employee's outbound email
to make sure they aren't sending vital information out of the comapny.
He wanted me to keep this under wraps and not allow the user to realize
they're being watched...
Does anyone have any suggestions on monitoring outb ...

How can I save an email attachment which is of type .msg?
following is a sample which works for all other types of attachments but not
for .msg
for this I always get the Exception [Collaboration Data Objects -
[MAPI_E_NO_SUPPORT(80040102)]]. so is there no way to tweak arround this?

I have Outlook 2000 installed on an XP sp2 laptop. I recently changed the
user's password and ever since, he's always prompted for his new password
whenever he starts outlook. He's connecting to Exchange 2000.
The other thing I've noticed is that he's also having intermittent problems

OWA reply issue

Some users have a problem where the message body disappears when using reply
or forward in OWA. This is likely to be a problem with a setting on their
machines but do not know where to look.

changes made in AD from running Ex2k3 forestprep and domainprep? Unless i'm
