Drive M is missing

Just today my MTA stacks service wasn't starting. I noticed that the
drive was full so I emptied the many log files and regained the space on the

In a workgroup and trying to use OWA

I have a PC that is NOT on the domain - and I'm trying to get the PC to use
OWA but I can't.
My PC's that are on the domain can use OWA by typing \\servername/exchange.
I should be able to get into OWA right? ...
