System Folders and New Server Move

I've got two E2k servers. I will be retiring the 1st E2k server and moving
users etc to the 2nd E2k server via the Ed Crowley Move Server Method for E2k.
I know I have to replicate any public folders to the new E2k server along

Hello, I am running IM for exchange 2000, currently i have the im
database in a separate folder and i have a list of internal ips that
can access that folder in IIS. I have a separate server with all the
mailboxes. Is it secure to put IM an the mailboxes on one server only.

I have just re-installed Exchange 2000 on MS SBS2K from scratch. I have had
it running OK previously.
I have been hot synch OK previously using outlook 2002 on XP SP 2 machine.
I used xmerge to copy mail across to the new system and all is working OK
except that I can't synchronise personal folder ...
