Cannot access to OWA 2003 after upgrade

Hi,
I have upgrade my Exchange 2000 Front-End Server to Exchange 2003 . My
BackEnd still running Exchange 2000 Enterprise.
After the upgrade, I can't access to the OWA in the Exchange 2003 Front-End
Server. I always receive the following error messages as shown below.

Exchange 2003 Deployment Tool

I have a test lab setup with a Win2k DC, a Win2k Exchange 5.5 server, and a
newW2k3 server. I want to move everything from the 5.5 server to the new

IM not working

Our Instant Messenger quit working. It gives a message to the user :
Signing on to MS Echange IM failed because the service is temporarily
unavailabel. Please try again later.
Any suggestions on how to get it back? We are logging in the same way we
always have.

We are running exchange 2000 on Windows 2000 advanced server. We have 1GB
memory and have already specified /3gb in boot.ini. If we upgrade to 3gb
memory what switches should we use in boot.ini. Is exchange 2000 awe
enabled?

I would like to migrate an Exchange 2K server in Win2K Active Directory to an
Exchange 2K3 server in a Win2K3 AD. I'd prefer to just upgrade the AD and the
Exchange server but its not possible. Is it possible to build a trust between
the two AD's and then to migrate the mailboxes to the new server?
