how to setup special email account

Just finished setting up Exchange 2003 for SBS, like to know how or which
account is used to catch all e-mail that is not any of the existing users. We
also want to redirect a certain account to a certain user.
Ex: info, service, and accounts are to go to user tsmith.
Any documents on this?

I am planning to upgrade Exchange 2000 SP3 on Windows 2K SP4 to Exchange
2003 SP1. It is my understanding that after this upgrade Exchange 2003 will
be running in native mode. Correct? After I have done this I would like to
upgrade the OS to Windows 2003. Is this upgrade transparent to Exchange

I created a Virtual HTTP server in system manager (don't want to use
the default web site). In Authentication I have it set for basic and
integrated.
Now in IIS I changed the home directory from M:\Exchange\MBX to another
