forestprep install problem permissions

I have installed the tools and I have assigned the permission but I can't
install the rest of exchange.
Should I try and install forestprep from the other server?
or what should I try to do to get exchange installed?
This is the second attempt at installing it, the first attempt went well as

Exchange 2000 SP3 roll-up installs

I am currently at level 6.0.6249 on my Exchange server and am suffering
from the store hanging about every 2 hours, and the only fix has been
to reboot. It locks up everything pretty tight. So I figured I would
get it to the latest roll-up (6.0.6603) and that would help.

forestprep install problem permissions

When I try to install forestprep on one of our 2 servers (servers running
2003 AD) the other server is a PDC as we are a mixed domain. the install of
forestprep comes up with an error saying I need to have exchange full
administration rights for the organisation, I thought forestprep assigned
these permiss ...
