Some calendars not posting free/busy infor past 6 months

I have some resource mailboxes that are not posting their free/busy infor
past 6 months in their calendars.
If I go into the mailbox for these resources, I see that it says publish 12
months every 15 minutes.
Any ideas? ...

Our office had one Win NT 4 SP6 with exchange & Proxy running on it. It
crashed. We decided to move on to Win Server 2003 (Enterprise) & Exchange

Distribution list

In public folders we have a folder, which contains only one distribution
list. This list contains about 200 mail addresses.

We are planning on replacing it with LCS 2005. Is there any way I can tell
from the logs on the Exchange 2000 server which people are actually using IM

My server jumps to 80 to 100% CPU Utilization caused by Interrupts/sec
