Incoming Message Size Limit

Hi,
is there an overriding size limit for Incoming messages in Exchange (2003)?
We have set Global Mailbox (and Individual mailbox) size to 10mb, however
messages as small as 1.7mb are still being blocked (due to size).
Is there anywhere else we can set a incoming limit?

2) all clients send/receive external email using outlook via an external
pop3 & smtp server (prominic.net).

Help with POP account downloading headers only

Hi hoping that someone can help with this.
I have an Outlook/Exchange (2000) client configuration which includes
several POP accounts. If the POP accounts are configured to download
headers only, what happens to the mail on the POP server? Presumably I can
click a header and the rest of the message ...

E-Mail sent after a restar

Hi,
Tow months ago a user sent one mail to a group of recipients
now every time i restart my server this mail is sent again
for all of the recipients. This only happens width this mail.
I use SBS Server 2000 width all SP's and the user have Microsoft Outlook
2002.
How can i resolve that problem?
