Customized "contact" dialog and reports

Hello!
I am using exchange2k enterprise on win2k with outlook 2003 (on xp).
I am using public tasks and public contacts for several crm stuff. Now i
want to have some kind of reports and a more customized "contact" dialog.
(how) Is it possible to ...
1) add own drop down boxes to the contact dialog?

reinstalling Exchange

Hi
I removed Exchange serve from the domain incorectly , and now when I tried
to reininsall it ( forest prep) using the domain admin account I get error
messege telling me that I need Exchange admin right ( tried to add the admin
to exchange entrprise admin ) but that did not make any diffrance.
Any help ...

eseuitil /d fails with erro -1032

When i try to run the eseutil /d it fails with error -1032, file locked or in
use. I have dismounted the store and stopped all exchnage services. Even
tried changing services dealing with exchange to manual, but get the same
error. Any ideas?

I got this message when trying to send messages to some particular addresses
(translated from french) :
"You're not allowed to send messages to this addressee. For further help,
contact your Administrator."
Is it about an exchange restriction rule?

Problem with Treo 650 to Exchange 2K server

I think that my problem is a combination of Exchange server setting, firewall
and PDA.
To make a long story short:
