Corrupt email at the top of the information store

A user's mailbox has a corrupt message in it and Vertias 9.1 gives me an
error message and the back up shows as failed. In Exchange 2000 I knew were
to go and how to delete the message on the Exchange server, where would I do
to delete this message in Exchange 2003?

Hi,
I use Windows 2000(SP4) and Exchange 2000(SP3), i have a problem here tha is
information store service stops freequently every 20 minutes our 1 hour it
stops and i will have to start it everytime. How could be solve this
problem?

I have a mailbox that has a corrupt email in it and it won't back up. It is
tells me whose mail box at the top of the information store. In Exchange
2000 I knew how to delete the email from the server. In Exchange 2003, I
can't seem to find the mail box to delete the corrupt email. HELP.

seemed to have lost my priv1.stm file. Since I did not have a backup of the
