Recovering a public folder

Is there a way, within exhcnage 2003, to restore a deleted public folder? I
asked if the folder was not being used and deleted it, now, all of a sudden,
they do use it. What is wierd is that my nightly backups are able to

Corrupt Email at the Top of the Information Store

Where do I go and how do I delete corrupt email in mailboxes at the top of
the Information Store in Exchange2000?? Several users' mailboxes have corrupt
messages in them and Vertias 9.1 gives me an error message and fails the back
up.

I had an OS drive fail, and had not done an actual backup in quite some
time. I had my Exchange information store sitting on a RAID 5 disk, and that
remained in tact.

I know that do fix event 9548 you have to add the SELF account and give it
full permissions + associated external , but I have done this and still find
that this event is being logged for that particular mailbox.. Any other
ideas?
