Hello Everyone,
I have a senerio here that I am troubleshooting. WE just added a new
Exchange server 2000 Sp3 to our existing Network along side 3 other Exchange
2000 servers. Once this was installed and replication stared 2 weeks in all

My client is using public folders containing calendar/contact items. Is
there any way to get rid of items over a certain age eg. items over 6 months
out of date?

while users are hitting it at it's peak? I schedule my backups over night,
but by adding an archiving scheme to my email, i'm cutting down on my backup
